Deliverys and Returns
Our products are usually dispatched between 1 2 working days (providing they are in stock and not bespoke items) using a next day or 48hr delivery service unless otherwise agreed.
Our office and warehouse are closed during bank holidays and Christmas. All orders placed during these periods will be dispatched as soon as the team return to work.
Delivery is free on all orders over £50 excluding VAT.
Returns:
We believe that you will be delighted with your order but there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return an item. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
If you are unhappy with the goods, you can return them within 14 days of the delivery date. For a full refund, goods must be returned in their original, unopened condition complete with documentation and manuals. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

Any goods believed to be faulty by the customer, not fit for purpose or damaged may be returned to us at the customers cost. This will be refunded/credited once goods have been assessed by MixBits and proven to be faulty or of inadequate quality. A replacement product will be offered free of charge.
If returned goods are proven by MixBits or by the manufacturer to not be faulty or are faulty due to negligence on your behalf then carriage/collection costs will not be refunded. A replacement will be offered at your cost.
